We are currently designing a range of traditional boats in kit form for Óslo Bøatyard. A close collaboration of traditional form and the sensibilities of two generations of traditional timber boat builders with 21st century computer modelling and computer controlled manufacture.
We have designed the the boats to be faithful to traditional form and values but requiring negligible skill to put together. This is the first prototype, it took about a day to assemble the kit with little more than a battery drill – product should be available for purchase later this year.
